Note :
The minimum system requirements for Windows is Windows 95 or later

Configure your dialer with the correct UID/PW and phone
number:
1. You must obtain a new local access number in your area.

Change your access number on your dial up connection box.
3. Click
here for directions to change your access number.
4. Your Username
must be the first part of your email address
only. (e x: johndoe instead of johndoe@cyberhotline.com )
5. Your Password
will remain the same.

Note : If you SAVE the application
to your computer, you must open the downloaded file to install
it on your computer)
3. Browse the Web.
Everything is now setup. You can connect and browse the Internet
as you normally would.
